Shimada Yosho

Located at one of the most busiest fashion districts, Omotesando, this book store takes you far beyond the high street show-windows with stacks and piles of large-format books which feast your eyes and creativity.  

Shimada Yosho, established nearly 50 years ago, is specialised in foreign art books: fine art, architecture, fashion, photography, design, craft, cooking...

They are all in English or other European languages. 

What I quite like is their abundant choice in cooking books. 

Although cooking books don't have star signs, I believe there are compatibility. Whoever wrote the recipes, if they don't make me literally drool, good bye (nice to know you though).

Their selection of fashion-related books are really great, too. And it takes you straight back to the high street fashion shops.
